10 clothing idioms

• get the boot: to get fired โดนไล่ออก
  ตัวอย่างประโยค I got the boot today, I have to find a new job.

• have an ace up one’s sleeve: have an advantage nobody knows about ได้เปรียบไม่มีใครรู้
  ตัวอย่างประโยค That girl always has an ace up her sleeve.

• to laugh up one’s sleeve: to laugh secretly หัวเราะอย่างลับๆ
