จะขึ้นหน้า ทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์  กดที่เริ่ม  

เมื่อทำความสะอาดเสร็จ จะมีหน้าทดสอบการพิมพืขึ้นมาให้กดที่ พิมพ์แบบทดสอบหัวพิมพ์  เพื่อตรวจดูว่าพิมพ์ออกมาครบหรือไม่  
 

เมื่อเรากดเทสแล้วยังไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาการพิมพ์ได้ ให้เลือกที่ การล้างหมึก  

โปรแกรมจะแจ้งเตือนถึงรายละเอียดการใช้งาน และแจ้งเตือนว่า จะต้องรอ 12 ชัวโมงในการทำความสะอาดครั้ง คลิกที่ ถัดไป

เมื่อทำความสะอาดเสร็จ ลองเทสหัวพิมพ์โดยกดที่ ทดสอบการพิมพ์  หากเทสแล้วหัวพิมพ์ยังออกไม่ครบหรืองานพิมพืยังคงเป็นเส้นหรือสีเพี้ยนให้ลองทำความสะอาดที่โหมด การล้างหมึกอีกครั้งแต่เนื่องจากโปรแกรมถูกตั้งมาต้องรอ 12 ชัวโมง ให้เราแก้วันที่ที่คอมพิวเตอร์ โดยคลิกขวาที่วันที่ด้านขวามือ มุมจอที่แถบบาร์ด้านล่างเลือกเมนู adjust dete/time  

จะมีหน้า Date & time ขึ้นมาจากรูปตัวอย่างคือตั้งเป็นอัตโนมัติ เราจะตั้งไมได้ต้อิงปิดก่อนโดยคลิกที่ Set time automatically จากนั้นที่เมนู Set the date and time manually  คลิกที่ Change 

จะมีหน้า Change date and time  ให้เลือกวันที่ ที่ต้องการและคลิกที่ change
  

การทำความสะอาดน่าจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาหัวพิมพ์ออกไม่ครบได้ หากไม่หยุดใช้งานเป็นเวลานานเกินไปหรือมีปัญหาในส่วนอื่นๆ ไม่ควรทำหลายครั้งเพราะจะเสียหมึกในการทำความสะอาด ล้างหมึก และจะทำให้ แผ่นซับหมึกเต็มได้หากทำหลายครั้ง เครื่องจัดตัดการทำงานต้องใช้โปรแกรมแก้วับหมึกแก้ adjust Epson L3110
