CERTIFICATIONS AND APPROVALS

We are Triumph Group’s Asia-Pacific aftermarket services headquarters and a Single-Source Service Center for all commercial aviation across the region. We are proud to be the first facility based in Thailand to receive Design Organization Approval (DOA) from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 21J.574, which allows us to design and validate nacelle components including thrust reversers, fan and inlet cowls.

Our robust capabilities include nacelle components, radomes, flight control surfaces, piece-part repairs, CNC machining, autoclave and oven curing, NDT, sheet-metal and composite repairs, wheel and brake overhauls and full pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and fuel accessory component repairs and overhauls.

TASA has been a Boeing authorized warranty repair station for the CFM56-7 fan reverser since 2012, as well as the Trent 800 fan reversers since 2015. Beginning in July 2015, TASA has partnered with Airbus to provide regional and complex repair services for flight control surfaces and structural parts to airlines and MROs in the Asia-Pacific region.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Key Responsibilities :-
Support shop floor to solve the problem in the process.
Create Routing and process sheet
Develop new repair per manual.
Assist DER development for APU, LRU and Structure parts
Reverse engineering part, tool, fixture
Principle Duties :-
Develop and/or implement new repair schemes for APU/Engine hardware
Support enhancement of existing repair capabilities or transition of repair capabilities from other Triumph sites
Develop and establish new repair processes including raising of Appropriation Request
Provide engineering oversight to assigned processes ensuring practical procedures are in compliance and meet technical and audit standards.
Design tooling and fixtures as appropriate.
Assist planners, supervisors and manufacturing engineers with technical support.

Education / Qualifications :-

Good engineering degree or equivalent experience; metallurgical, mechanical or manufacturing preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience in gas turbine component repair including repair and process development and reverse engineering is highly desired.

Familiarity with commercial engine maintenance manuals.

Understanding of Repair Drawing Standards and Tolerances.

Experience in work shop/special processes such as of machining, welding, brazing, metal spray, heat treatment and coating.

General familiarity with regulatory and environmental requirements, particularly those with respect to development and substantiation of major repairs.

Highly motivated, self-directed, and a can do attitude.

Familiar with FEA and CAD software systems.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic business acumen.

Ability to conceive, plan and execute repair development processes.

Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines.

Other Qualifications Preferred:-

1. Able to use SolidWorks or other Solid Modeling Software

2. Trained to use basic measuring equipments

3. Understand basic drawing reading and creating

Other Experience Preferred:-

1. Possible Robot Programming/ CNC Programming

2. GD&T
