Hi, Trying to install apps on iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.6 using Cydia or anything else since App Store won't recognize Apple ID. Is there any repo I can add or something I can use to source old app IPA's or something because I am willing to get this old iPhone useful again! I also have other iPhone 4 running iOS 4.3.3, If it's possible to get that thing running any apps too possibly? Thank you!

iOS 6.1.6 was released only for iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 4th generation (it can't run on an iPhone 4)

pluvia can make a "6.1.6" for the 4 from the 6.1.3 ipsw + the touch 4's 6.1.6 to get facetime working

I downgraded it via pluvia. Now, it's stuck in recovery mode on ios 7 as ios 6 cracked and idk what to do. I tried everything.

It just says your Apple ID password is incorrect when I know it is, apperently ios 6 icloud servers are down. Is it possible to install apps from a repo using cydia?

If you have a device that get’s verification codes you have to first sign into itunes on apple store on iphone 4 which will say that the password is incorrect then you’ll want to press allow on device that get’s the code (it’ll give you a pop up) and then it will display the code, then on your iphone 4 write the password for apple id again but add that code to the end of your password. It should recognize apple id after that. If you don’t have a device capable of receiving codes then you can try turning 2-factor verification on/off (to the opposite of what you have now) on your apple id account settings and try to sign in to itunes again it may fix the issue of app store not recognising your credentials.

so after i get the code, add the digits of the code at the end of my password? so like for ex if my password was pepper123 and the code was 87ab, then i would put pepper12387ab?
