Thai Smile must be the only airline in the world that still doesn’t allow mobiles and iPads to be used during taxi, takeoff and landing. No inflight service due to COVID but a little snack and water handed out as we left the plane. I also like the deplaning by row, I wish more airlines did this

After we went through the security check, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our baggage had already been sent to downstream. But the staffs was very helpful, they provided a box, packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the second luggage. This solved our headache and it was a huge deal for us, making us smile. Thanks to your crew/staffs again."

ข้อเสีย: "I had a fracture in my leg several days prior to my trip so had to cancal all. My thai smile tickets were booked with vayama. They r the only suppliers whom declined my request for free cancaltion or even freeze our tickets."

ข้อเสีย: "There's only one down side of this flight. The Lucknow international airport terminal is downright embarrassing. There are four or five desks to handle passport control. That's fine, but none has a label on it as to who should be at which. NonIndians should go to the extreme left one. Then they have one xray machine that all arrivals have to put their carry-ons through while the previous flight is trying to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the Gulf). Then there is a small, rickety belt with everyone crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And to top it off, most of the luggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Amazing and embarrassing when arriving from any terminal almost anywhere! Lucknow, you have a lovely domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

ข้อเสีย: "The crew had a poor attitude and even rude, I asked to move to get past the food trolley as my 4 year old son needed the toilet and they just said wait, they would only have to move 2 metres. We were sitting directly behind upper class but were not offered the chance to use the forward toilet even though there was no one sitting in that section. They seemed to have an attitude problem and not at al like Thai International who are excellent. will never fly again with Thai smile."

(2) Thai air sold the Ticket, but boarding ticket issued by Thai smile. (3) a ground staff ( reissue staff)is unfriendly particularly those who is at Thai office, airport. (4)Thai smile is a low cost air line. So Thai air shouldn't sell this kind of ticket It hurts fame of Thai airs hospitality."

There were people playing movies/videos on speakers and the crew didn't ask the passengers to stop it. They ignored it. Flight: The biggest blunder the flight created was unloading 21 check-in bags in order to save on some fuel logistics. More than 12 hours passed since landing, and there's still no tracing available for the bag. No in-flight entertainment. Food: Food was decent. Good for a cheap flight."

But after the bags got dropped off, there was a notice of it being discoloured from being scraped and damaged. It also has a bad stench amell on it and am very disappointed that this happened. A glass item broke in the bag but this my problem as wasnt properly sealed but goes to show the very rough handly my luggage had. Would be in question if we use Bangkok Air if this is a typical situation. We hope something is compensated for this mishap."

ข้อเสีย: "There was a little turbulence that lasted a few minutes and so they cancelled in flight meals meanwhile the air crew continually walked up and down the isle during the entire flight, at the end of the flight, NOR AIR passed on to passengers a 90ml bottle of water. Absolute no air conditioning in the cabin whilst we all sit ready for take off for 10 minutes and it's 37 degrees outside. No consideration for the well fair of it's passengers at all other than showing us the evacuation procedures. This flight company doesn't do the minimum to look after their passengers."

It took 3 tray when I booked my tickets, Later We tried to do online check in and pay for extra luggage, (suposed to be a 20% discount) for 3 days before leaving and it would not complete the requests. Kept saying server terminated connection. When I checked at the Airport I told them and they would not do any thing. like extend a discount on extra luggage. Sorry Cannot...... All the Thailairlines play games with extra luggage and sadly it seems BKK Air does now too... Still better then NOK or Air asia"

There were only signage and announcements for the flight before ours that would be leaving from that gate, which was very confusing because its changed boarding time for Hanoi was our original boarding time for Bangkok. I would have preferred clarification about how the flights had changed and what the new protocol would be."

The flight from koh samui to bangkok had a complimentary snack and non alcoholic beverage bar that was a nice touch, as well as free wifi while waiting on the flight. The seats have really good leg room (my husband is 6' 5" and his knees had an inch) in economy, which was a very nice break from air china. All our flights were about an hour so can't mention long haul flights but we loved bangkok air so much, will always book them from now on. It is a budget airline but we were very pleasantly surprised."

Comfort- it was very hot, as temperature control is activated by staff; I asked staff to turn on air conditioning in my area as it was very hot and stuffy, but it was still hot and fairly uncomfortable."

ข้อเสีย: "Dinner was tasteless and my cup of tea was bitter, too strong and a bit cold The cup of tea slid off the slippery, sloped table right into my lap, over my mobile phone and into my bag below. The staff didn’t seem to care. They admitted this happened a fair bit."

ข้อเสีย: "No gate at landing, waiting for buses, long Immigration lines and then bags delayed. Time trying to get out of BKK was longer than the flight."

ข้อดี: "They had good movie choices"

ข้อเสีย: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"

ข้อเสีย: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."

ข้อเสีย: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"

ข้อดี: "Very efficient and attentive service . On time departure and arrival."

ข้อเสีย: "Old aircraft, 747 , seats very comfortable but no flat beds.. Choice of movies but mostly second grade."

ข้อเสีย: "Our connection flight from Germany was changed and we were not informed meaning we land in Germany after the flight has departed. We're forced to buy a last minute flight with a different airline to ensure we do not miss our honeymoon plans"

ข้อเสีย: "Being charged 5700baht on arrival check in for luggage. No mention of this as I booked through kayak!!!"

ข้อดี: "The crew are very friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment options, with recent films, tv shows and music options to keep you busy. I also thought the food options were good, too. You didn't go too long without being asked about a new beverage or meal, pretty satisfying."

ข้อเสีย: "The comfort could have been better. I find myself a little fidgety on flights anyway but I also had a sore back and couldn't seem to find a way to get completely comfortable, but I have had worse!"

ข้อดี: "Service was friendly I had no one sitting next to me so was able to be comfortable Boarding was quick Entertainment could have more options but was still good"

ข้อเสีย: "Didn't enjoy the options of food"

ข้อดี: "The staff were great but couldn't rectify the entertainment."

ข้อเสีย: "No entertainment as the movie wouldn't play or watch anything else."

ข้อดี: "I really love Thai Air business class internal flights. Great seat layout like the long haul privacy. Thai Air staff always excellent and even on this 70 min flight they serve a hot Thai meal rather than cop out with sarnies. Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

ข้อเสีย: "Economy class Seat was hard, did not move back much, had very less leg room, thus uncomfortable, couldn't sleep on the flight"

ข้อดี: "The food onboard and seats are really good. Crew service is decent"

ข้อเสีย: "Thai should have some international music on the in flight entertainment. Movie selection can also be improved"

ข้อดี: "Nice Crew , very professional and courteous. Pleasant with their service. Would recommend only once for tourism. Not for families travelling with children."

ข้อเสีย: "Because the system of on arrival visa has been opened to Indian folks , entire plane was crowded with indecent , uncultured Men. Mostly drunkards who would not stop at couple of drinks. Added to their worst behavior was the airlines providing unlimited amount of Liquor that was being offered by the crew after the food was served, this was quite annoying and unexpected. Thai Airways Please stop serving Liquor for God's sake , especially for folks travelling from India (Only this route) or charge $100 THB for a drink, this would stop those free riders from messing up other tourists happy vacation."

ข้อเสีย: "That Kayak did not inform me when bookinhg that the seats they were selling me had to be at the very back of the plane Last time I will ever use Kayak"

ข้อดี: "I bought a ticket on Thai Airways because it was the cheapest I could find other than AirAsia, I used to fly AirAsia but they now charge for almost everything. Next AirAsia will be charging an air breathing fee. I think your stewards and stewardesses are good! I like your logo and colors. I like that you fly out of Suvannaphum Airport,"

ข้อเสีย: "I am truly shocked that on an Asian flight, with so many excellent Asian dishes, they served starchy, fatty, buttery, oil soaked croissant covered hot dogs and a greasy, gut buster cheese and mushroom I don't know what. Are you trying to give your future clients heart disease? To top it off, in a country blessed with excellent fresh fruit, you topped it off with another oily, starchy desert. Thank God you had water! Bangkok Air has a lounge for economy passengers, but not Thai Airways. Why not?"

ข้อเสีย: "We had two drunks behind us constantly kicking our seats. There was three free seats in front of us, we asked to move there but we were told that those seats were for crew in case of turbulence. It's the first time I hear this. Half way through they allowed us to move for those seats."
