We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items. You can return items purchased from Sunday, 5th November 2023 up until Saturday, 13th January 2024.

Returns Policy:

If You change Your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre, or taken to one of our stores.

All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition.

We do not accept returns, or provide refunds for Crep Protect branded cleaning products.

Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).

Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.

Due to health and hygiene, we do not to offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewellery piercing products unless faulty.

We may not accept your return should the item, or its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.

Please note: At this time we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.

Fit: We have put these in women's sizes to make it easier, however as Nike don't make the all white Air Max in women's sizes anymore, women's size 5- 8.5 will be the all leather Kids Youth shoe. They will fit the same- we are experts in matching mens/kids sizes to womens so all you need to do is pick your women's size and we will do the rest.

The reason the larger sizes are more expensive, is because they are a women's style shoe with mesh on the toe and the back (this takes much longer to crystallise and the shoe is more expensive than the kids sizes). Once they are covered in crystas, you won't notice the difference of the mesh compared to the kids all leather.

Important Information:

All items are custom made to order. This means once you place an order with us, we then purchase the item from the retailer (this could be a store in Australia or overseas such as the US depending on who has the colour/ size available). Once the item arrives, we then customise it and have it shipped out to you. This process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, and sometimes longer in peak busy periods. We update our turnaround time as needed on our shipping page. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

Please double check you select your correct size as size changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order and all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for wrong size or change of mind as each item is hand customised per your order.
