ตำแหน่ง ช่าง ระดับ 3 แผนกสำรวจและรังวัด กองจัดกรรมสิทธิ์ที่ดิน ฝ่ายกรรมสิทธิ์ที่ดิน (ช่าง 3 สร.กจก.ฝกส.)
อัตราเงินเดือน 12,000 บาท
คุณสมบัติของผู้มีสิทธิสอบคัดเลือก
-
สำเร็จการศึกษาวุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาวิชาการสำรวจ
- อายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ และไม่เกิน 30 ปีบริบูรณ์ นับถึงวันเริ่มเปิดรับสมัคร
- ผู้สมัครเพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือมีหลักฐานที่แสดงว่าไม่ต้องเข้ารับ ราชการทหาร (สด.4 หรือ สด.43 เท่านั้น)
- ไม่เคยได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก เว้นแต่เป็นโทษ สำหรับความผิดที่ได้กระทำโดยประมาท หรือความผิดลหุโทษ หรือพ้นโทษแล้วเกินห้าปี
ความสามารถที่กำหนดในการรับสมัครพนักงานตำแหน่ง ช่าง ระดับ 3 สายงาน
กรรมสิทธิ์ที่ดิน (สำรวจและรังวัด)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในงานสำรวจ รังวัด สามารถแก้ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานได้ - มีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองเพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์สูงสุดขององค์กรได้
- มีความสามารถในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่รับผิดชอบและข้อมูล ที่ต้องประสานกับหน่วยงานอื่น สามารถให้ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องได้
