So Model of logistics service requirement will support the measurement. The model identified level of logistics services to be 4 levels, are basic logistics service, value added logistics service, lead logistics service and advance logistics service. Refer literature review there are many factors may drive the level of service to be higher level, and in this study found that cost, information system and human resource are factors to decide to choose level of logistics service. Logistics service industrial in Thailand is continually and progressively at Value Added service level, which outsource company pay their role more important to their customer and has a potential to be higher in Lead logistics service level which integrate and manage all logistics activities instead of their customers such as logistics planning, forecasting and increasing the relation to be business partners. It was found from the study that themain problems were due to the problem of organization, production planningand controlling, inventory control and documentation systems. Solutionswere proposed to improve the productivity by using the management system asfollows : 1. Organization chart was reorganized. Job description was revisedand implemented. Machine idle time was reduced by 36.15 %. 2. After the redesign of documentation system, a new documentationflow was implemented. The coordinating and planning processes are improved. 3. Production plan applying sale forecasting was used. Salesopportunity loss was reduced from 5,280,000 baht to 1,440,000 baht whichwas 72.72 %. 4. Controlling system using job assignment forms and reports togetherwith work evaluation were implemented. The quantity of finished productinventory was reduced from 2,938 units to 1,496 units which was 49.08 %. 5. Inventory control system was developed to help purchasingplanning.
