Change app permissions
- On your device, open the Settings app.

- Ask every time: Every time you open the app, it'll ask to use the permission. It can use the permission until you've finished with the app.
- Don't allow: The app cannot use the permission, even when you're using the app.

วิธีการโหลด eSIM ไปที่มือถือและอุปกรณ์ สำหรับ Android มีดังนี้ (สำหรับ iOS คลิก)
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมก่อนทำการโหลด eSim คือ
- ตัวเครื่องที่ใช้โหลด eSim ระหว่างดำเนินการ จะต้องมีการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต โดยจะเชื่อมต่อผ่านซิมที่อยู่ในเครื่อง หรือ Wi-Fi ก็ได้

วิธีการโหลด eSIM ไปที่มือถือและอุปกรณ์ สำหรับ Android มีดังนี้
- ไปที่หน้าจอหลัก แตะที่ไอคอน การตั้งค่า (Settings)
- แตะที่เมนู ตัวจัดการ SIM การ์ด (SIM card manager) เพื่อเพิ่ม eSim
- แตะที่เมนู เพิ่มแผนมือถือ (Add mobile plan)
- แตะที่เมนู สแกน QR Code ของผู้ให้บริการ (Scan Carrier QR Code)
- ตัวเครื่อง Adroid จะเปิดกล้องหลัง เพื่อเตรียมตัวสแกน QR Code ของ eSim
- สแกน QR code ที่ได้รับ
- ระบบจะเริ่มทำการลงทะเบียนและเปิดใช้งาน eSIM จะปรากฎวงกลมหมุนตรงกลาง รอประมาณ 1-2 นาที
- เมื่อลงทะเบียนและเปิดใช้งาน eSIM เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะปรากฏหน้าจอ เพิ่มแผนมือถือ (Add this plan to your phone?) ให้แตะ เพื่อตั้งค่าชื่อ และสายเริ่มต้นการโทร กับเซลลูลาร์ในการใช้งาน ให้แตะ ยืนยัน (Confirm)
- จะปรากฎหน้าจอ label eSIMs ภายใน ตัวจัดการ SIM การ์ด (SIM card manager) :
- eSIM1 คือ eSIM ที่ถูก Download เข้าเครื่องมือถือสำเร็จใช้งานได้แล้ว
- SIM 1 ที่เป็น Nano SIM จะถูกยกเลิก และ ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้อีก
- กำหนดให้ eSIM เป็น SIM ที่ใช้ในการโทร, ข้อความและ ข้อมูลมือถือ ใน SIM การ์ดที่เตรียมไว้ (Preferred SIM card)
- ตั้งชื่อให้ eSIM 1 ใหม่โดยแตะที่ eSIM 1 แล้วเปลี่ยนชื่อได้เลย
