Classes are typically on Wednesday mornings at 10AM and Saturday Mornings at 10am. Saturday 12/02/23, we do not have class, our instructor is out of town. Saturday 12/09 & 12/16 class will be at 9am due to private facility rentals booked for 10am.

Introducing the Mommy and Me Class, a unique and engaging program designed to foster a strong bond between mothers, fathers, grandparents, legal guardians and their young children. This class offers a safe and nurturing environment where mothers and their little ones can participate in a variety of activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
Our experienced instructor leads the class through a series of fun and interactive exercises that encourage movement, exploration, and creativity. From singing and dancing to stretching and sensory play, each session is carefully crafted to engage both mother and child in a meaningful way.
The Mommy and Me Class is suitable for infants and toddlers aged 1 Year to 4 years old, and is designed to accommodate the needs of both first-time and experienced mothers. With a focus on building strong relationships and promoting healthy development, this class is the perfect opportunity for mothers and their little ones to connect and grow together. Join us for the Mommy and Me Mini Ninjas and Tumbling and experience the joy of bonding with your child in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Each class includes:
- Circle time with songs, dance and movement
- Rotating stations of activities
- Summersaults/rolls/tumbling
- Low-to-the ground- swinging and hanging
- Jumping and climbing
- Hand-eye coordination activities
- Crawling through tunnels
- Balance courses

Classes
Classes are 1 Hour long. There is no long term commitment! Registration is required 24 Hours in advance. Must have a minimum of 3 sign ups for class to take place.
Price
$15 per Class for 1 Adult and 1 Child. Additional Child $5. Additional Adult is $5. (Pay at the desk upon arrival for additional adults/children)
Not just for Moms!
This class is designed for any special person in a child's life. Dads, grandparents, Legal Guardians, are welcome!
Mini Ninjas (4-5 years old)
Woo hoo... Mini Ninjas are awesome!!!!
In the mini-ninjas program, Strive coaches lead mini-ninjas through different games, ninja challenges and ninja courses that intend to teach fundamentals for climbing, running, gripping, balance and hanging. Your 4 and 5 year olds will feel like real ninjas while building great foundational skills and having fun!
All mini-ninjas must have a parent/guardian present during class time.
Parents/guardians and mini-ninjas must have signed waivers.
Classes are 45 minutes long
Class times: Fridays 3:45-4:30pm
